What do you have to do to have a C-Section?

She should be able to explain her risks to her doctor and request a csection. I don't know if all insurances cover an elective csection though so she might news to check that. We thought my son was going to be big, we didn't realize how small I was however and he was not able to naturally fit through my pelvis, so after I had labored and pushed, he was delivered by csection. Its hard but she might have to go through that too. You never know though, if she labors, she might deliver without a problem at all. Her doctor should be able to determine if her concerns are valid enough to warrant a scheduled csection.
