Help me understand this philosophical sentence?

Wow. What BS. Social justice is not about redistribution of wealth, it is about meeting basic human needs in a place of incredible wealth. The page completly falls apart when you replace 'have' with 'need'. And need applies to the very basics of human existence - Food , water, shelter, medical care.
