13th birthday party problem?????

im turning 13 soon and i have a problem. well at my school im in sorta the middle of the popularity level. so i have friends that are in the lower level of popularity and friends that are in the higher level. But the real problem is that i ave to best friends, ones in the higher level [casey] and the other is in the lower level [miriam]. if i invite miriam then i have to invite all my other friends in the lower level but then if casey comes and i invite the higher level people then they might not want to be there because of my other friends.... I know its kinda confusing but its the only way i can really say it.
