Is there anyway that i can get out of taking a second COBOL cl at Midlands technical college SC?

Anyone else out there attending or previously attended MTC in SC can tell me a way that i can avoid taking a second COBOL cl. COBOL is worthless and will do me absolutely no good. Did anyone manage to avoid taking COBOL or COBOL II and have a good way of me doing it in the CPT degree program. I am thinking about changing my specialty to web design or something just so i don't have to take a second COBOL cl. Please help...COBOL is the worst!
