Could I get into an ivy league university?

First of all, I'm not from the US. I got a very high GPA and I've been a part of many clubs, activities, Student Council, etc. My only concern is the SAT. My score on that is pretty average. I'm looking to get into ivies or one of the UCs. Do you think I'd be good for those? Any tips/ suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks! =)
