How can i get him to like me more?

I like him a lot... his is REALLY funny... and he is really cute too. he has bron hair, freckles and brown hair. his name is Ian but everybody calls him Wiggles lol. anyway i think sometimes he tries to talk to me but not really... idk. i am 4 months younger than him so he is in sixth grade and i am in fifth grade. any ways for him to make him to like me?
