Does Osaka (Japan) have good shopping malls? just like Tokyo?

Shopping in Japan is excellent, and you don't even have to go to a mall to do it. There are a lot of outdoor shopping arcades, shopping complexes and great department stores. If you MUST go to a mall...yes, there are some.
