Can I sue my neighbor for harment?
I live in a three unit condo with a communal garage. There are three, two car tandem spots(front to back) one for each unit. My neighbor, who is NOT my landlord has decided that he doesn't like that I have some things stored in our front, least accessible spot. He has some items stored in his spot and the third unit has a bunch of things in their spot as well. He has repeatedly hared me to move my items and last week demanded I move my things or else. My landlord(who formerly lived in our unit) said ignore him due to the fact he gives everyone grief about the garage. Now my neighbor has changed the entire garage door opener and refuses to give me a remote. I know this is illegal, and the police are on their way, my question is can I sue him for harment? I know he has already moved things from our front stair way and is constantly coming onto our front porch/balcony to hose down the steps I was willing to let him be a little strange but this is the last straw.
