Are international permanent injunctions enforced in other countries?

We live in the U.S., my other half's ex lives in another country (they are a foreign national and my other half is a U.S. citizen). There is a permanent legal injunction against the ex, but the ex consistently breeches it. Is there a way we can get it enforced in the other country?
