Will these workouts help my abs and muscles?

Okay. I workout hard everyday. I am trying to get a good body for when I enter into high school. I run around my development 3 to 4 times a week which is half a mile. I bike, gazelle, and do treadmill. I bench 70 pounds and do total gym stuff. I do 10 minutes of sit ups a day. Are these workouts helping me and when will I get full results.
