How much does it cost per year for standard horse care?

I have the vet out once a year to do a checkup, check teeth, and give vaccines. Cost about $130.00. You save a $68 out call fee if you can trailer your horse to the vet. My farrier is a natural trimmer and comes every six weeks at $40 a trim. He does the mustang roll and doesn't believe in shoes as they are harmful to a horses feet. With other regular farriers I used to have to have front shoes at least because my mares feet were always cracking and chipping. Now with this new method her feet rarely ever crack or chip and never badly. I would never put shoes on her again. Her feet have never been better. Also I had her teeth floated 2 years ago for $190 and she hasn't needed it since. We'll see how she's doing this year.
