Can anyone find a picture of scary consequences of not exercising? I can't find one serious or suitable enough?

I'm making a leaflet about exercise and want a picture to include in it. People said that if they saw the bad consequences of not exercising it might encourage them to do more. I can only find non-serious or unsuitable pictures. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
